Our Praiano 'breeze' offers comfort and quality in every way. The layout centers around the living/dining room with its stunning ceramic table, plush sofa and fine appointments. The large practical kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast counter separates the kitchen from the central living area.

Both bedrooms are very tastefully appointed with designer window treatments, built-in closets, and decorative wrought-iron bed-frames. The master bath is a work-of-art in ceramic with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bath is very nicely decorated as well. The baths are not ensuite to the bedrooms.

The living/dining room and master bedroom open onto the delightful spacious terrace that overlooks the sea. The villa is surrounded by private, landscaped gardens.
