A beautiful property, consisting of 2 villas and an apartment, surrounded by flowered gardens, a small swimming pool and spectacular views. It is possible to rent one or both of the villas. It is possible to rent the apartment together with one or both of the villas. The apartment is not available to be rented on its own. This property is for those who want a more relaxing location but alsol be close to town and convenient to all parts of the coast.

Situated in the village of Nocelle; an adorable car-free village within a 10 minute drive to the center of Positano and area beaches. There are several notable restaurants nearby.

Overview
The two villas are situated one behind the other, with the apartment built into the rock between them. The villas are separated by a large flowered garden that rises 50 steps up in stages from the lower to the upper villa, and then another 12 steps up to the swimming pool. Secluded in the garden is a unique ensemble of outdoor furnishings made of majolica ceramic and natural stone consisting of a large dining table, a banquet and a traditional stone oven. The exteriors of the villas are an attractive light gray stone with glass doors opening onto spacious private patios.

The village's general parking area is about 50 meters from the property and is the closest place to park your car. It is a 5 minute walk, up and down about 80 steps to the village center and the entrance to the property.

Living Spaces
Interiors have whitewashed walls, high ceilings and terracotta tile floors. Bathrooms are of the highest quality. The furnishings are a mix of local antiques and contemporary pieces in wood tones.

The large main area in each villa is a combination living and dining room, with an attractive dining table as the centerpiece The kitchens are average size and nicely equipped. There are 3 kitchens; one in each villa and an efficiency kitchen in the apartment.

The delightful hydro-massage swimming pool is surrounded by an attractive deck, and is provided with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a water-closet.

The views from the pool are spectacular.
