Wine Country of Avellino
The hills surrounding the town of Avellino in central
Campania are mother-earth to grapes such as Greco and
Aglianico introduced here over 2,000 years ago by the
Greeks. We explore the vineyards, taste the wines, and
meet a new generation of tradition-loving winemakers
who have caught the attention of the conoscenti world-wide.
